Project History:
This 5 bed, detached property was a former Coach House built in 1924 with rural views and an adjoining courtyard. Exuding a true rural feel, the property was in good shape but needed the touch of a team of interior designers to inject some life into it.
Ben Huckerby Design Brief:
To work with the developer and re-decorate, accessorise and dress the house in line with the client's requirements for re-sale. To work towards a modern yet luxurious look that would appeal to young professionals who would be commuting and look forward to returning to their domestic haven after a hard day in the office.
The Outcome:
The owner was most impressed by the interior architecture and the project running to schedule and meeting his specific requirements. The property was sold within 1 month of it being put on the market.
